This thesis explores the effectiveness of gamification in developing listening and reading comprehension skills among teenage students (aged 13–18). The study combines theoretical analysis with practical experimentation, demonstrating that integrating game elements such as points, levels, badges, leaderboards, and quests significantly increases student motivation, engagement, and academic performance. A specially designed gamification model was implemented and tested in secondary schools. The results showed notable improvement in both listening and reading comprehension compared to traditional teaching methods. The research provides practical recommendations for language teachers and contributes to the modernization of language teaching methodology in Uzbekistan.
