Individual stability, low population diversity and evidence of sex differences in whistles from Indian Ocean bottlenose dolphins (T. aduncus) in Mozambique.

This study provides the first acoustic study of this species carried out from Mozambique. The manuscript focuses on temporal stability of whistles from individual dolphins, as well as inter-individual distinctiveness, which are both defining characteristics of signature whistles.
