# Raw Measurement Data - GRISI Sensor (PTB & IMT)# Linked to a publication: A Compact and Portable Quantum Principle-Based Pressure Calibration System# Authors: Simon Pevec, Tom Rubin, Sara Gehauf, André Kussicke, Christian Guenz, Constanze Schilder, Janez Setina, Franci Vode, Matej Njegovec, Vedran Budinski, Denis Donlagić This work is supported by the European Partnership on Metrology (22IEM04 MQB-Pascal) co-financed from the European Union’s HORIZON Europe Research and Innovation Programme and by the Participating States, and by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARIS) under Grant P2-0368. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This dataset contains raw measurement data from the GRISI fiber-optic pressure sensor experiments conducted at **PTB (Germany)** and **IMT (Slovenia)**, linked to reference values from PTB and IMT. ## Dataset Structure ### 1. PTB Measurements **Files:** - `PTB_GRISI-6-cycles.csv` GRISI sensor data (4× averaged, effective sampling rate 1 Hz). **Columns:** - `timestamp` – Timestamp in Unix format (seconds since 1970-01-01) - `time_h` – Time in hours (relative) - `dOPL_nm` – Optical path length difference from GRISI sensor - `temperature_GRISI` – Temperature measured by the GRISI sensor (°C) - `PTB_ref_data_pressure.csv` Reference pressure data from PTB standards (CPT9000 pressure sensors manufactured by Mensor (WIKA)). **Columns:** - `timestamp_unix` – Timestamp in Unix format - `time_h` – Time in hours (relative) - `p_ref1` – Pressure from reference sensor 1 (kPa) - `p_ref2` – Pressure from reference sensor 2 (kPa) - `p_ref3` – Pressure from reference sensor 3 (kPa) - `PTB_ref_data_temperature.csv` Reference temperature data from PTB standards (uncertainty (k = 2) of 0.7 mK at 296 K with respect to the ITS-90 (International Temperature Scale of 1990)). **Columns:** - `timestamp_unix` – Timestamp in Unix format - `time_h` – Time in hours (relative) - `T_ref1` – Temperature from reference sensor 1 (°C) - `T_ref2` – Temperature from reference sensor 2 (°C) ------------- ### 2. IMT Measurements This dataset contains 6 CSV files with raw measurement data acquired at IMT. All files share the same column structure: GRISI sensor data (4× averaged, effective sampling rate 1 Hz). **Columns:**- `timestamp` – Timestamp in Unix format- `t(min)` – Relative time in minutes- `dOPL(nm)` – Optical path length difference measured by the GRISI sensor (nm)- `T(K)` – Temperature measured by the GRISI sensor (Kelvin) **File groups:** - **`IMT_1_1.csv`, `IMT_1_2.csv`, `IMT_1_3.csv`** Three measurement cycles up to **300 kPa** performed in the temperature range **22.6 °C to 23.9 °C**. - **`IMT_2_1.csv`, `IMT_2_2.csv`, `IMT_2_3.csv`** Three measurement cycles up to **1000 kPa** performed in the temperature range **22.5 °C to 23.7 °C**. ------------- ### 3. IMT Measurements – Reference Instruments **9 additional files** containing reference pressure and temperature data from IMT instruments. Each file corresponds to one GRISI measurement file (same numbering). ### 3. IMT Measurements – Reference Instruments **9 corresponding reference files** (paired with GRISI files by number): - `IMT_ref_1_1.csv`, `IMT_ref_1_2.csv`, `IMT_ref_1_3.csv`- `IMT_ref_2_1.csv`, `IMT_ref_2_2.csv`, `IMT_ref_2_3.csv` **Columns:**- `Date` – Measurement date- `Time` – Measurement time- `P_Pace/kPa` – Pressure from Pace reference (kPa)- `T_Agilent/°C` – Temperature from Agilent instrument (°C) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### 4. Constants and Coefficients - `Coefficients.csv` File containing the physical constants and coefficients used for calculating pressure from the measured optical path length difference (dOPL). Coefficients included: - CTE (K⁻¹) - R (J/mol·K) - L (m)- length L0 - B (ro_N) at 293.15 K (cm³/mol) - C density virial coefficient - Ar molar refractivity - br refractivity virial coefficient - Coefficient for pressure-induced deformation
