资源简介:
These data were analyzed and presented for an Innovative Viewpoint submission (unpublished) presenting the benefits of the broad adoption of a multidimensional stability analytical framework by ecosystem ecologists. We applied a multidimensional stability framework first summarized by Hillebrand et al. 2018 (https://doi.org/10.1111/ele.12867) to two carbon flux datasets following disturbance.
First application uses datasets Rs_USUMB_USUMd and NEP_GPP_Re_USUMB_USUMd. Here we compare decadal carbon flux stability following a forest girdling manipulation (FASET) against a control.
Second application uses the dataset published_NEP. Here we analyze published NEP data to compare C flux stability across two common disturbance types (insects and fire).
Download zip file for R project and all associated data and code.
Please view README_mathes_etal_2021 for details.
