HIFα works as an important transcription factor to induce target genes mediating cell proliferation, metabolism and inflammation. To gain new insights into HIFα modulated genes, we used high-throughput sequencing to analyze potential HIFa regulated genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naive mice at steady state. Overall design: RNA-seq was used to define differentially expressed genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naïve mice of HIF1α∆IEC, HIF2α∆IEC mice and littermate control mice.
