Tobacco microspores were induced for embryogenesis by a combined heat/starvation treatment for 6 days, followed by regeneration for 15 days. Microspore samples were taken before stress application and 1, 3, 6, 9, 11 and 15 days after isolation and transcriptomes were anylzed by RNASeq.
