Transcriptomic Changes in Mouse Liver Tissue Following RS3 Intervention

This project aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in liver tissue of C57BL/6 mice in an AIH model or following RS3 intervention. Total RNA was extracted from mouse liver samples, and strand-specific RNA-seq libraries were constructed for paired-end sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq platform. The generated transcriptome data will be used to identify differentially expressed genes, explore key signaling pathways involved in liver pathophysiology, and provide a molecular basis for understanding disease mechanisms or intervention effects.
