Mapping functional connectivity from the dorsal cortex to the thalamus

In this research, we developed a high throughput method to systematically map functional connections from the dorsal cortex to the thalamus in awake mice by combing optogenetic inactivation with multichannel recording. Here, we provide: 1. Raw data of multi-units and single-units obtained in this study. 2. MATLAB codes for data analysis.本研究中，我们开发了一种高通量方法，通过结合光遗传失活（optogenetic inactivation）与多通道记录（multichannel recording）技术，系统绘制了清醒小鼠背侧皮层至丘脑的功能连接图谱。本次公开的数据集包含：1. 本研究获取的多单元（multi-units）与单单元（single-units）原始数据；2. 用于数据分析的MATLAB代码。
