资源简介:
There is a statistically significant difference in the expression of the PLAUR and fibrinolytic inhibitor genes (SERPINE1, A2M) in mild and moderate-to-severe cases. There is a relationship between serum D-dimer levels and the expression of the PLAUR and fibrinolytic inhibitor genes (SERPINE1, A2M). Overall design: The research data was obtained through observational analytical methods, using a cross-sectional method on COVID-19 patients. The samples consisted 25 patients each for the mild and moderate-to-severe COVID-19 groups who were receiving treatment at Dr. M. Djamil General Hospital and BMC Padang Hospital, Indonesia. The inclusion criteria were patients aged =18 years with confirmed COVID-19 through RT-PCR testing, exhibiting clinical symptoms ranging from mild asymptomatic to moderate to severe, and willing to participate in this research by signing an informed consent form. The exclusion criteria for the samples included HIV(+) positive patients, those with hemophilia, other immunocompromised conditions, liver cirrhosis, and pregnant individuals.
