Identification of the ERβ transcriptome in MDA-MB-231 cells [microarray]

The goal of this study was to identify ERβ regulated genes in the triple negative MDA-MB-231 cell line which was engineered to express ERβ in a doxycycline inducible manner ERβ expressing MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with either vehicle control or 17-beta estradiol for 5 days.
