Share of employees prioritizing health and wellbeing over work Asia 2022

In a survey conducted in 2022, 57 percent of respondents across countries in the Asia-Pacific region stated that they came to prioritize personal health and wellbeing over their work more than before the coronavirus pandemic. At 67 percent, this sentiment was strongest among respondents from India, while only 37 percent of Japanese respondents stated to be more likely to prioritize health over their job compared to before COVID-19.
