A data article on the relationship between servant leadership, commitment, and religiosity among university employees in Pakistan

This article presents data on the impact of servant leadership and commitment among university employees in Pakistan. The article has a quantitative research design and probability sampling technique. The population of the study n=323 includes university employees in randomly selected universities. SPSS and AMOS was used for stastitical analysing the data, Cronbach alpha test for reliability confirmed during the pilot study. Regression for statistical analysis done, and several different techniques used.本数据集收录了巴基斯坦高校教职员工群体中服务型领导（servant leadership）与组织承诺间影响效应的相关数据。本研究采用定量研究设计与概率抽样方法，研究群体共包含323名来自随机遴选高校的教职员工。数据分析阶段使用SPSS与AMOS统计软件完成，预实验环节通过克朗巴哈α系数检验（Cronbach alpha test）确认了数据信度；统计分析采用了回归分析及多种其他分析技术。
