Phylogenomics of Lymexyloidea and Mordelloidea (Coleoptera: Polyphaga: Cucujiformia)

Dataset presented here is dataset used for calculating results for an article "Phylogenomics and revised classification of Lymexyloidea and Mordelloidea sensu novo (Coleoptera: Polyphaga: Cucujiformia)". Dataset contains alignment of protein sequences generated from transcriptomes and genomes of beetles, both downloaded from NCBI and newly produced data for the purpose of this article.

Gene by gene alignment cropped by program Gblock
Concatenated alignment from cropped version
Tree results with some supporting files from Ml analysis and GHOST from IQtree program and Bayesian analysis from PhyloBayes program.
