Phylogenomics of Lymexyloidea and Mordelloidea (Coleoptera: Polyphaga: Cucujiformia)

Dataset presented here is dataset used for calculating results for an article "Phylogenomics and revised classification of Lymexyloidea and Mordelloidea sensu novo (Coleoptera: Polyphaga: Cucujiformia)". Dataset contains alignment of protein sequences generated from transcriptomes and genomes of beetles, both downloaded from NCBI and newly produced data for the purpose of this article. Dataset contains: Basic gene by gene aligment Gene by gene alignment cropped by program Gblock Concatenated alignment from cropped version Tree results with some supporting files from Ml analysis and GHOST from IQtree program and Bayesian analysis from PhyloBayes program.本数据集为论文《系统发育基因组学与新界定的长朽木甲总科（Lymexyloidea）和花萤总科（Mordelloidea）的修订分类（鞘翅目Coleoptera：多食亚目Polyphaga：扁甲下目Cucujiformia）》的结果计算所用数据集。数据集包含从甲虫转录组（transcriptome）和基因组（genome）中获取的蛋白质序列比对文件，其中部分数据下载自NCBI，其余为本论文研究专门生成的原创数据。 数据集内容包括： 1. 逐基因蛋白质序列比对文件； 2. 经Gblocks程序裁剪后的逐基因比对文件； 3. 基于裁剪后比对文件构建的串联序列比对文件； 4. 由IQ-TREE程序的最大似然分析、GHOST模型分析，以及PhyloBayes程序的贝叶斯分析得到的系统发育树结果及配套辅助文件。
