资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed Raman spectroscopy data generated for the investigation of WS₂-filled epoxy composites with and without surface modification. Our research hypothesis was that the incorporation of WS₂ nanosheets and their aminoacetic-acid-based surface treatment modifies the vibrational behaviour of the cured epoxy network, particularly the positions, intensities and linewidths of the 2LA(M)+E₂g¹ and A₁g modes of WS₂. The Raman data in this dataset support this hypothesis by demonstrating systematic variations in peak positions, relative intensities and defect-related features across different filler compositions. The dataset includes: (1) Raw Raman spectra for each individual sample, provided as separate files exactly as recorded on the instrument. (2) A plot where all raw spectra are displayed together in a single viewing window, enabling direct visual comparison of the samples under identical measurement conditions. (3) A plot where all baseline-corrected and normalized spectra are shown together in one window. This presentation highlights subtle spectral variations, including peak shifts, intensity changes and differences in FWHM. All Raman measurements were performed using identical instrumental settings (laser wavelength, power, integration time, spectral resolution), and full acquisition parameters are provided in the metadata file. The individually provided raw spectra allow users to inspect the unprocessed data, while the multi-spectrum visualizations (raw and processed) support straightforward comparative interpretation. This dataset enables full reproducibility of the Raman analysis and allows other researchers to reanalyse or reinterpret the spectral behaviour of WS₂-filled epoxy composites.
