Data for: Effect of sodium dichloroacetate on apoptotic gene expression in human leukemia cell lines

Supplementary material 1 and 2 show all positive and negative correlations between changes of gene expression generated using Spearman’s analysis for all 4 cell lines after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exposure of cells to DCA. Supplementary material 3 show Log RQ values for all examined genes in four cell lines after 24, 48 and 72 hours. RQ values were used to conduct statistical analysis.
