Two mouse models of primary liver cancers with beta-catenin activation were generated by Cre-loxP. mRNA-Seq was performed from the tumors obtained, from control livers (C) and from non tumoral livers (NT). Liver cancers with Apc loss (A for Apc-frameshift-exon15) were compared to liver cancers with Ctnnb1 activating mutation (B for beta-catenin-deletion-exon3).
