One-year growth data of preterm infants discharged from kangaroo mother care (KMC)

One year growth data for a historical cohort of preterm infants in Tshwane District, Gauteng Province. Birth data includes maternal socio-demographic and health data, birth gestational age, infant sex, birth weight and infant medical conditions. Follow-up data was recorded at varying times during the first year of life and include anthropometry (weight, length, HC and associated z-scores) and type of feeding practices (expressed breast milk, fortification of breast milk, direct breastfeeding, commercial infant formula, complementary foods).
