IMOH Internal Dataset on Hospitalizations and Deaths Following COVID-19 Vaccination

This dataset, obtained through a protected source, contains anonymized internal pharmacovigilance data compiled by the Israeli Ministry of Health (IMOH) during the national COVID-19 vaccination campaign. It documents hospitalizations and deaths that were reported in real time to Pfizer as part of Israel’s post-marketing surveillance activities.

The dataset comprises two Excel tabs — one for hospitalizations and one for deaths — each including data fields such as patient age, sex, vaccination dose and batch, timing of symptom onset, diagnosis or circumstances of death, and date of report to Pfizer between March 2021 and May 2022. All potentially identifiable data, including patient initials, medical background, and free-text clinical narratives, have been removed to ensure full confidentiality.
