Alterations of gut microbiota in bisphenol F-exposed mice revealed by full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing

This project aims to investigate the effects of bisphenol F (BPF) exposure on the gut microbiota of mice. Fecal samples from control and BPF-treated mice were subjected to full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing using the PacBio Sequel IIe platform. High-accuracy Circular Consensus Sequencing (CCS) reads were generated for microbial community profiling and taxonomic analysis to evaluate alterations in gut microbial composition associated with BPF exposure.
