Analysis of transcriptomic changes in Pisum sativum nodules treated with glyphosate-based herbicide Sprut Extra

Since the use of the glyphosate herbicide Sprut Extra resulted in ultrastrutural abnormalities in pea nodules, this study investigated the change in the transcriptome in nodules after treatment with this herbicide.
