Alcohol behavior, alcohol use disorders identification test (AUDIT) to assess the alcohol use behaviors of subjects; Smoking status, smoking cigarettes at present; Physical activity, practice severe physical activity at least 20 minutes, moderate physical activity at least 30 minutes, or walk at least 30 minutes, 5 days per week; Depressive symptoms, feeling sad or despair continuously for >2 weeks and enough to interfere with daily life during the last year.
