RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) Analysis Reveals the Changes of Gene Expression in Astrocyte Caused by Iron Overload（FAC4-5）

The human astrocytic cell line was treated with 3.13 μM ammonium ferric citrate (FAC) or vehicle, and the RNA sequencing analysis were used to observe iron overload-mediated gene expression in the Control group and the FAC group. This data set contains the RNA-seq raw data for FAC4-5.本研究以人类星形胶质细胞系为实验材料，分别采用3.13 μM浓度的柠檬酸铁铵（ammonium ferric citrate, FAC）或溶剂对照进行处理，随后通过RNA测序分析，对比对照组与FAC处理组中铁过载介导的基因表达变化。本数据集包含FAC4-5样本的RNA测序（RNA-seq）原始数据。
