Dataset S1: Number of Transients

Number of mitochondrial calcium transients/oscillations in sheared endothelial cells with or without pharmacological treatments over time (binned every 60 seconds). Treatments: Control (untransduced), MCU overexpression (OX), MCU OX + GsMTx4, MCU OX + MT 25 nM, MCU OX + MT 100 nM, MCU OX + MT 1 uM, and MCU OX + L-NAME. Sample size: 60 cells from n = 4 independent experiments were analyzed for each treatment.
