Volleyball ACWR

Data are weekly training load outputs in kinetic energy (J/lb) and calculations of rolling average acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR) and estimated weighted moving average ACWR. The files include data from a high school volleyball team over 15 weeks and a club volleyball team over 20 weeks.本数据集包含以动能（焦耳每磅，J/lb）为单位的周训练负荷输出数据，以及滚动平均急性:慢性负荷比（acute:chronic workload ratio, ACWR）与估计加权移动平均ACWR的计算结果。本次数据集涵盖一支高中排球队15周的训练数据与一支俱乐部排球队20周的训练数据。
