Combining experiments and multiphysics simulations, this study reveals the multiphysical field distribution characteristics of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stacks during operation, provides guidance for stack structural optimization, and determines the healthy operating conditions of the stacks. This database contains data from SOFC stack multiphysics models, model validation, stack performance simulation studies, as well as performance research on SOFC cells, stacks, and 5kW-class SOFC stack units. Simulated data was generated using COMSOL 5.3 and Aspen Plus 14.5, which mainly reflects the distribution patterns of physical fields such as temperature, species composition, and charge during stack operation. Experimental data was collected via electronic loads, primarily recording experimental parameters including experiment duration, data acquisition time, stack operating temperature, anode and cathode gas flow rates, voltage, current, power generation output and other relevant experimental data. The total data volume is 3.55 GB, and the data was collected at the servers of the Fuel Cell and Energy Storage Research Center of Tsinghua University and the experimental facilities in the laboratory of Suzhou Huaqing Jingkun Energy Co., Ltd.
