Identification of sex-linked marker of Altica lythri

Altica lythri (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae) is characterized by three different main mitochondrial haplotypes that are associated with different reproductive modes.This BioProject provides Transcriptome raw reads of a HT2 male and a female as well as an assembled reference transcriptome using both samples. Additionally the transcriptome raw reads of a reared family (mother, father, 6 male larvae and 4 female larvae) were provided and used in the Sex-Detector approach to identify sex-linked markers for Altica lythri.The BioProject PRJEB50615 study is linked to these project.
