Dementia pathways in Lewy body disease

This is an upload for the manuscript with running title "Dementia pathways in Lewy body disease" by Nelvagal et al., that has raw regional quantitative pathology data generated for the manuscript (Tabular pathology data used to produce all figures and supplementary data), Python Scripts to run SuStaIn used for disease subtyping and progression modelling (SuStaIn analyses) based on https://github.com/ucl-pond/pySuStaIn , R Code Scripts using existing libraries to perform statistical analyses and create visualisations and Qupath .groovy Scripts and .json object classifier used on all image quantification pathology data. In addition, there is also a Knowledge Resource Table (KRT) detailing all resources used in this manuscript.
