Data supporting "Microscale diffusiophoresis of proteins"

The device used for experiments is created with the autoCAD file "diffusiophoresis_device.dwg". The results are in the folder "Experiments" and consist of tiff stacks with an accompanying metadata json file. The simulations are created by COMSOL with the "diffusiophoresis.mph" File and the results are saved in the "Simulations" folder. All the processing can be done with the scripts located at https://github.com/impact27/diffusiophoresis (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3635473)
