README <br>*** Purity Panel (Neutrophils) ***<br>To access whether differences we observed in our neutrophil data could be due to differences in neutrophil purity among groups, we used a panel of 2 antibodies. The antibodies used are CD11b(Vioblue), Ly6g(APC). Neutrophil samples were analyzed using the MacsQuant10, and gating were performed using FlowLogic version 7. A sample sheet is included in the folder to be able to distinguish the different groups.<br>
