Four Leishmania mexicana lines experimentally selected for amphotericin B resistance were subject to RNA-seq transcriptomics. Genomic DNA was extracted using the Macherey Nagel Nucleospin RNA kit and libraries were prepared using the TruSeq stranded mRNA library preparation kit (with poly(A) selection). 2 x 75 bp paired end reads were obtained with an Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencer.
