SpinalJ_example_data_processed

Example dataset of mouse spinal cord sections for processing, reconstruction and atlas registration using SpinalJ (Fiederling et al., 2021; https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.05.06.443008v1). Files include pre-processed single section images, some intermediate pre-processing files, as well as all files generated during section registration, atlas mapping and analysis. All files were created from raw image data provided in SpinalJ_example_data_raw(1-6).
