“中国科协联合国咨商专委会新冠病毒肺炎知识与数据信息系统”信息类型数字化图标集

2020年1月31日（北京时间），世界卫生组织（WHO）宣布“新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情”为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件（PHEIC）。随即，中国科学技术学会（CAST）联合国咨商专家委员会通讯与信息技术专委会（CCIT）与生命科学与人类健康专委会（CCLH）联合启动“新冠病毒肺炎知识与数据信息系统”建设。该系统汇集了国内外与新冠病毒肺炎有关的学术论文、疫情报告和科学数据。由于新冠病毒肺炎涉及多个学科领域，知识与数据复杂性和时效性都很强，笔者将这些信息依据学科分类和疫情研究便利，将其分为16种类型。它们分别是：（1）术语；（2）疫情报告；（3）信息发布；（4）技术指南；（5）进展综述；（6）流行病学；（7）基因组和病原学（包括疫苗）；（8）临床医学；（9）中医药学；（10）公共卫生与疾病控制；（11）心理学；（12）经济与社会科学；（13）地理环境；（14）新技术应用；（15）网络服务平台；（16）科学普及。为了便于理解和查询，为每一种类型设计了类型图标，它们共同构成“中国科协联合国咨商专委会新冠病毒肺炎知识与数据信息系统”信息类型数字化图标集。图标集以.png格式存储，由16个文件组成，数据量为556 KB。

On January 31, 2020 (Beijing Time), the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the "COVID-19 epidemic" as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Shortly thereafter, the Communication and Information Technology Specialized Committee (CCIT) and the Life Sciences and Human Health Specialized Committee (CCLH) under the United Nations Consultative Expert Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) jointly launched the construction of the "Knowledge and Data Information System for COVID-19". This system collects academic papers, epidemic reports and scientific data related to COVID-19 from domestic and international sources. Given the multi-disciplinary nature of COVID-19, as well as the high complexity and timeliness of its related knowledge and data, the authors classified these materials into 16 categories according to disciplinary divisions and the needs of epidemic research. They are as follows: (1) Terminology; (2) Epidemic Reports; (3) Information Release; (4) Technical Guidelines; (5) Progress Reviews; (6) Epidemiology; (7) Genomics and Pathogeny (including vaccines); (8) Clinical Medicine; (9) Traditional Chinese Medicine; (10) Public Health and Disease Control; (11) Psychology; (12) Economic and Social Sciences; (13) Geographic Environment; (14) New Technology Applications; (15) Online Service Platforms; (16) Science Popularization. To facilitate understanding and retrieval, dedicated icons were designed for each category, which collectively form the digital icon set for information categories of the "Knowledge and Data Information System for COVID-19" under the United Nations Consultative Specialized Committees of CAST. The icon set is stored in .png format, comprises 16 files in total, and has a data volume of 556 KB.
