Low_DEN_treatment

This work complements our whole genome crispr screen which has identified several genes that seem to have a positive effect on cellular fitness in vitro. We wish to investigate if these genes are still under positive selection in vivo. We have exposed bl6 mice to a low dose of diethyl-nitrosamine and then aged them. 2mm2 pieces of oesophageal epithelium will be sequenced at high depth using a targeted bait panel of predicted driver genes.
