Minimal data set for: A Comparative Analysis of the Performance of Leading Large Language Models on the Endodontics Section of the Dentistry Specialization Exam in Türkiye

This dataset contains the minimal raw response data underlying the findings of the study. It includes the performance (1: Correct, 0: Incorrect, CANCEL: Excluded) of 8 Large Language Models (LLMs) on 130 Endodontics questions from the Turkish Dentistry Specialization Exam (DUS). This data was used to generate the accuracy rates and statistical comparisons presented in the manuscript.
