Station-based Growing Season Length values across Europe calculated using EEMD and ETCCDI methods

Growing Season Length (GSL) indices have been calculated at stations across Europe using both the ETCCDI definition and a definition based on an EEMD time-series decomposition using daily mean temperature values. These files contain values of the GSL at European stations, taken from the ECA&D repository, and at three sites (Central England Temperature [CET], Stockholm and St. Peterburg) which provide data, over a much longer period (1772 in the case of the CET series). These data are used in a paper published in the International Journal of Climatology (doi:10.1002/joc.5913).
