New Common Swahili Typos Dataset

New updated list of Swahili typos with their respective proper words, the dataset is lowercased and comma separated. typos will be replaced by its respective proper word so as to maintain consistent during vectorization to form vectors that are used for machine learning tasks本数据集为更新后的斯瓦西里语拼写错误（typos）及其对应标准词汇列表，所有内容均已统一转为小写格式，且以逗号分隔形式存储。为确保向量化过程中的一致性，本数据集将拼写错误替换为对应标准词汇，以此生成可用于机器学习任务的向量表示。
