Gene expression profile of phagocytic and non-phagocytic microglia following traumatic brain injury and nasal anti-CD3 treatment. Mus musculus

Bulk RNA-sequencing was performed to investigate the transcriptomic signature of phagocytic and non-phagocytic microglia following traumatic brain injury and nasal anti-CD3 treatment. Overall design: TBI-induced lesion was injected with labelled apoptotic neurons on day 6 post-injury for 16 hours and on day 7 post-injury for 4 hours. We performed bulk RNA-seq on phagocytic and non-phagocytic microglia isolated at 4 and 16 hours post-injection following traumatic brain injury and nasal anti-CD3 treatment. Preparation for RNA libraries for sequencing was performed using standard Illumina protocols.
