NanoString PanCancer Immune Panel with customized codesets from a total of 367 Black and White breast cancer patients in WCHS Overall design: This is a case-series study of 367 Black and White women diagnosed with invasive breast cancer enrolled in the Women's Circle of Health Study (WCHS). Archieved FFPE tumor sections were used for RNA extraction and mRNA expression profiling of 750 genes.
