This data was generated in order to investigate mitochondrial genome transcription and RNA editing in mitochondrial genome of kinetoplastid Blastocrithidia nonstop P57. Mitochondrial DNA and RNA fractions, total RNA and poly(A)-enriched total RNA were deeply sequenced to capture even rare editing events and assemble full repertoire of mitochondrial minicircle sequence classes.
