Transcriptomic analysis of CD4+ Tcells from maternal immune activation (MIA) exposed offspring

We report differentially regulated transcriptome of CD4+ T cells in MIA offspring Congenically marked T cells, isolated from PBS and MIA offspring with CD45.1 and CD45.2, respectively, and transferred them at a 1 to 1 ratio into the same RAG1-deficient mice. Four weeks after the transfer, we retrieved T cells (TCR+, CD4+) in the MLNs, sorted based on CD45.1 and CD45.2 markers, and performed RNAseq analyses.
