Sequencing of CD8 T cells subsets from chronic LCMV infection. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6J

The goal of this study is to determine gene expression differences between three subsets of CD8 T cells found in mice with chronic viral infection. 6-8 week old C57BL/6J mice were depleted of CD4 T cells and subsequently infected with LCMV clone 13. 45-50 days after infection, PD-1+ CD8 T cells were isolated and separated into three subsets with FACS: CD101-Tim3-, CD101-Tim3+, and CD101+Tim3+. Separately, naive CD8 T cells were isolated from uninfected mice.
