Transcriptome sequencing of two species of Discosea (Amoebozoa)

Here we provide the transcriptome sequences of two species of Discosea (Amoebozoa), in order to permit studies of the evolution of their gene content within Amoebozoa and to determine their phylogenetic position via phylogenomics.
