Fiscal policy plays an important role in accomplishing crucial economic goals, especially production and employment increase. Acknowledgement and application of fiscal policy require differentiated attitudes in different situations. This paper investigates the relative importance of fiscal policies in altering real output growth in Bangladesh. In this paper, the authors discuss the fiscal policy model and its implications for fulfilling economic goals, especially in the current economic crisis.
