Gal3 plays an important role in chronic pain through the activation of microglia. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-Seq) to uncover the mechanisms of Gal3-activated microglia in pain regulation. Overall design: Spinal dorsal horn (SDH) from 6-days vehicle or Gal3-treated mice, 3 male mice for each group were used to perform the snRNA-Seq (2 groups: vehicle control (1 sample containing with 3 male mice's SDH) and Gal3-treatment (1 sample containing 3 male mice's SDH)).
