We constructed 610 medium-quality or higher bins (genome drafts or MAGs) from above 323 shotgun metagenomic sequencing data and five pooled ONT data of giant panda gut using a hybrid assembly strategy. A total number of non-redundant gut microbial genome draft sets of giant pandas comprised with 408 nonredundant MAGs were obtained.
