Effect of pituitary stalk electrical lesion (PEL) and growth hormone (GH) treatment on hypothalamic and hippocampal gene expression

To investigate the effects of PEL and GH treatment on hypothalamic and hippocampal gene expression, we established a PEL model and administered GH treatment, and then we performed gene expression profiling using data obtained from RNA-seq of 12 different tissues at two time points Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from sham mice, PEL mice and GH-treated mice.
