Genetic and Genomic data for scalloped hammerheads (Sphyrna lewini)

Input files of mtDNA Control Region and NADH2 haplotype frequencies, Arlequin microsatellite genotypes, Diversity Array output files of SNPs and metadata of scalloped hammerheads (Sphyrna lewini) from Australia and Indo-Pacific. \nLineage: As part of a National Research Collections Australia, Oceans & Atmosphere and NESP research project (on spatial analysis and biodiversity assessments of Australian hammerhead species) mtDNA haplotype and microsatellite genotype data was generated at the CSIRO marine laboratories in Hobart by M.Green during PhD. SNP data was generated by Diversity Arrays Technology Canberra during M.Green's PhD.
