The objective of this project is to search carbapenem resistance related genes distributed among different Bacteroides fragilis clinical strains. The three strains were isolated from clinical samples of inpatients in Hohhot, China. The three isolates were all resistant to carbapemems,including imipenem,meropenem and ertapenem.
