We used RNA-seq to identify gene expression changes in C. elegans pnp-1 mutants Total RNA was extracted from synchronized whole C. elegans grown 56 hours post L1 at 20°C. synchronized L1 worms were prepared by bleaching gravid adults to isolate embryos that hatched in M9 buffer into starved, synchronized L1 worms. N2, pnp-1(jy90) and pnp-1(jy121) animals were used. Five biological replicates were used
